FSU's College of Music  is the largest such college in the Southeast and the third largest university-based music program in the nation. We are home to approximately 700 undergraduate and 400 graduate students, who represent nearly every state in the nation and 20 foreign countries.

An Overview of the College of Music

We are proud of a long tradition of excellence. For more than 80 years, FSU has offered a high level of professional education in music; our college was one of the originators of the doctoral degree in music performance, and for over 30 years it has been one of the most comprehensive and greatly respected music schools in the nation.
